Hasiru Farms is a new-age managed farmland company built around a simple idea: land should not be something you buy and forget. We create thoughtfully curated, theme-based farmlands that bring together nature, culture, architecture, plantations and community.
Since 2021, Hasiru has grown from a small beginning into a portfolio of managed farmland communities across Karnataka. Each project is designed to give people a genuine connection to land while our on-ground teams continue to care for it.

What happens to my land if Hasiru stops operating?
Your farmland stays yours. The land is registered in your own name through a Sale Deed, so your ownership does not depend on Hasiru continuing to exist. A shutdown would end the farm management service and the site team, but it cannot reach your title, and you would remain free to have the farm maintained by any competent party you choose. Can I sell it later?
Yes. The land is registered in your own name, so you can sell or transfer it like any other property. Hasiru holds a right of first refusal, which is a first-option step rather than a barrier. What does the management cover, and what does it cost?
Hasiru Care covers soil health, pest control, irrigation management, plantation care and infrastructure upkeep, under a Maintenance Agreement kept separate from your title. Fees are confirmed directly at the point of purchase rather than published as a headline rate. Ask for a sample annual statement showing gross receipts, deductions and the final owner credit. Am I buying a plot, or a share of one?
A plot. The land is not held as an undivided share. Each buyer receives an individually demarcated parcel with its own survey number, conveyed by a registered Sale Deed in their own name, along with the RTC, Encumbrance Certificate, Mutation Register Extract, Akarband, Patta Book and the latest tax receipts.
